Uber came to Page for assistance sourcing several hundred middle and senior management positions for key Latin American markets, including Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Peru and Uruguay. Project goals included boosting diversity and inclusion efforts by sourcing 30% female candidates. Our team achieved 301 hires and exceeded the client’s objectives by providing 50% female candidates. We also decreased Uber’s time to fill from 421 to 128 days. 

Securing more than 800 sales professionals 

Page Resourcing partnered with a Peruvian network of clinics and wellness centres to help reduce turnover and keep sales staffing at 100%. Our team consisted of one project manager and six specialised consultants with knowledge and experience in healthcare. In 14 months, we recruited more than 800 professionals.
