The Brief:
- Ensure there was no loss of resource and site productivity during the change project
- Performed an assessment of the redeployment of individuals who were not successful
- Simplify the organisational structures within its business and realise the subsequent operational and cost efficiencies
We partnered with the internal HR team to align the resourcing policies, selection tools and assessment processes, and then implemented a rigorous and compliant recruitment processes filling 140 roles in multi-function.
