84 Customer Service placements for a start-up in Malaysia

One of the fastest growing technology start-ups in Asia, providing travel-based solutions, initially needed a recruitment partner to source and hire 33 customer service-related positions, many with specific language requirements.

The Brief:

• We mobilized a team of four people, including a Project Leader, a TA Specialist and two Sourcing Specialists to work on site with the client
• Candidates were sourced via our internal database, job boards, the client’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), social media platforms and a number of targeted campus recruitment drives
• Given specific language requirements were needed, 30% of successful hires came through our employee referral incentive scheme

In a short period of time, hiring needs grew considerably which resulted in Page Resourcing filling 84 positions in a four-month period.
