The Brief:

Dedicated team of 14 recruiters, plus four of our resources based in three of our client’s offices

30 to 40 placements secured per month

Candidate sourcing via client’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), enriched with candidates identify on internal databases, alongside job boards and social media.

Around 50% of recruitments come from the client's employer brand. The other 50% come from proactive sourcing of our recruiters and our digital hunting technology.
